You will think that you’re wandering out of the 9th arrondismont and into a French Cabaret, where we will celebrate and fund the Safe Schools Advocacy & Bullying Prevention work of GLSEN NYCR, right here in the Capital Region of Upstate NY.
We always have great food, an open bar (beer/wine only) & the best silent auction around. Indulgence is encouraged. Proceeds from this fabulous event will also fund some area scholarship programs, that focus on empowering LGBTQA youth as they prepare to enter the workforce.
Each year, we award an empowering local educator, an outstanding youth and our ally of the year. These award recipients should be announced in late May.
The black tie is optional, a feather boa is encouraged and a fun attitude is required. This is THE FUNky formal event, of your lifetime. Please join us!
