INTO THE WOODS WEEKEND April 22–24, 2016 Afraid of what you may find lurking in the woods? Well don’t be cuz there’s a big ole party in there! Join BEAR ALBANY as we take to the woods, inside of ROCKS, 77 Central Avenue in Albany for a weekend of fun, fur and naughtiness. FRIDAY NIGHT – ROCKS, 77 Central Av BEARAOKE - 9pm As a reminder, we have moved all of our Friday Night events to BEAR ALBANY Headquarters at ROCKS, 77 Central Av. Carmie Hope will be hosting Bearaoke as Goldilocks, along with one of her three bears “JstaBear” in the DJ booth. We’ll also be playing a couple of rounds of almost-naked Twister. All participants MUST strip down to their boxers, briefs or jocks to play so come prepared! Meat and greet in the pub or sing your ass off in the club! Drinks specials, bear snacks –and NO COVER charge for any of the Friday events. SATURDAY DAY ROPE DEMO 1PM AT ROCKS Ever wanted to tie up a bear in the woods and have your way with him? Ever wanted to be the one tied up? If you want to learn how, our local Rope Master Jay Rood will be on hand to give you all the tips and instructions you need to wrangle a hot bear! Demonstration starts at 1pm in the pub at ROCKS, 77 Central Av. Ask questions, get tied up or just observe - This is a free event with Happy Hour drink prices at the bar. Attend the rope class and get a 10% discount coupon for Dolan’s Sports bar to be used during the weekend. NO COVER for this event, 1 drink minimum at the bar. TRIVIA 2PM AT ROCKS After you learn roping, stick around for Trivia at 2pm! Happy hour prices at the bar, with great prizes for each round of Trivia. Form a team or play solo - let's see how smart you are! OTHER THINGS TO DO There is always something to do in NY’s Capital region. If it’s too cold to venture out, enjoy the heated pool and hot tub at the host hotel or choose from one of the other fabulous event options that we will post as the event draws near. SUNDAY The weekend begins to wrap up at Dolan's Sports Bar at 75 Central Avenue (next to ROCKS) for brunch, lunch or whatever you want to munch. The corn beef hash is the best in town!
